Office Hours are: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requests for non-urgent appointment desk can be reached at 956-421-2757 from 8:00 AM to 4:30PM. -
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the appointment desk.
Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that the appointment can be offered to other patients.
- For emergencies outside of office hours, coverage is provided 24/7 via a telecommunication answering service by calling 956-421-2887.
When calling for an appointment, please help us schedule an adequate amount of time by describing the reasons for your visits as clearly as possible. We appreciate your efforts to arrive on time and for your fist visit, we would like to ask you to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If you must cancel your appointment for any reason, please call as early as possible, and preferably at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to anyone else needing an appointment. Should as many as three appointments be missed without cancellation notice, we reserve the right to terminate a patient from our practice.
Make note of any instructions regarding preparations for your visits, such delaying a meal, and call if you have a question about it. It may also be helpful to make a list of any questions you will want to ask when you see your doctor.
